Option 1. Cancellation of your agreement on legal grounds.
We will study your individual case and, where possible, we will give you a free no obligation quotation to cancel your contract on the grounds of an illegal contract or mis-selling.
Our team of specialist lawyers and experienced professionals will follow the tried and tested procedures to cancel your Timeshare and release you from the contract and ongoing maintenance obligation.
In a small number of cases, you can receive money back with this option. If your Timeshare falls into this category and your resort is solvent you may also receive a large sum in compensation.
Option 2. Exit of your Timeshare by transfer of ownership with no upfront fees.
If option 1 is not viable, we will transfer ownership of your contract to a waiting individual. The individual is already in place and this is a guaranteed exit. It takes about 3 weeks and the transfer of ownership is certified and recorded by a Notary Public and legalised by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and also where possible entered into the Land Registry.
We follow the law and a strict code of conduct. It is illegal to charge upfront fees for this type of service; therefore you will not pay our agreed professional fees until the process has been fully completed.
With this option, your obligation to pay maintenance fees or any other ongoing fees will end within six weeks of contracting our service.
